When Will It Open?!!!!

Patio is framed and ready for glass
Every day, a steady stream of people stop by The Pointe and ask,

"When are you going to open?"

The answer isn't as simple as it seems, but we usually reply "When everything is ready".

Opening a new business always involves a lot of hard work and red tape, but a new restaurant on a lake requires permits from local government, state agencies such as the Liquor Control Commission, Board of Health, and even the Department of Natural Resources, and then there is the hard work of stocking the kitchen, furnishing and decorating, menu planning, staff hiring and training, and the countless other details that require time and attention.
We are receiving furniture deliveries!

At The Pointe, we want guests' every experience to be special and satisfying.  But the most important experience is the first one.  So aside from the fact that our "red tape" is taking a bit longer than anticipated, we are putting in long hours to make your first time perfect.  The menu and atmosphere will be outstanding, the staff will be highly trained to serve beyond guests' expectations, and all permits will be received before we open our doors.

We know you are excited.  We are too!  As anxious as we are to welcome you to The Pointe, please be patient with us as we work to achieve our unique high standards and await our permits.  We promise to make it worth the wait!
Servers' Stand ready to be installed

Just a little more time lies ahead before we open our doors to guests, but the time is quickly approaching when you will have a new and unique place to gather, drink, and dine on Clark Lake.  In the meantime, check our Facebook page, "The Pointe Bar and Grill" for daily updates on our progress.  You will be the first to know when we are ready to greet you!

What a View!
